Gary Slobodin
"The Bassman"
Gary has been playing Bass Guitar for about 25 yrs. on and off. He has a wide variety of musical interests. He loves playing his '73 Fender Jazz Bass, his Precision Bass and gives the band it's "warm bottom" when playing his Ovation Acoustic/Electric Bass on those mellow Beatle tunes. Gary's voice is warm and sweet and uses his voice for the groups mid or high harmonies; or takes the lead on songs like Van Morrison's "Brown-Eyed Girl" or "mellows it out" on the Beatles "And I Love Her".
Bill Accardo
"Mr. Rhythm"
Bill is the "Front Man" for Over The Edge. He has a vast background in the beatles, 60's Rock'n'Roll and other various music styles. His vocals can be "Warm, Sweet & Sexy" or Bill can "belt it out" with that Ballsey, Bluesies sound that makes his voice stand out from the rest. He loves playing his Yamaha 12-string on songs like The Eagles "Take it Easy"; his Takamine Acoustic/Electric on Sister Hazel's "All For You"; or blows you away on our Creedence Medley using his Red Rickenbacker (John Fogerty style).
Danny Greene
"Guitarzan"
Danny has a background in Jazz guitar; but he can trade "licks" with the best of them. His voice is like velvet and gives Over The Edge its "harmony highs". However, he has another vocal talent. He imitates the dearly departed King of Rock 'n' Roll, Elvis Presley; and when he takes the lead on our "Elvis Medley", you'd swear that "The King" has never left the building and is alive and well.
